S: Fix traveling route as it is still using the long detour route instead of more straight forward route which are more time consuming.

S: More game collaborations for officers, unit skins, and events.
A: Thank you for your suggestion. As you know collaborations requires a lot of work and precise plans. Our devs have known our players' desire and will have internal discussions about it.

S: Fix the ingame chat! This has been reported for quite a long time now and you have stated at one point you would have a task force team to focus on the recent game poor performance, chat issues included. I have reported these issues many times, shared screenshots and videos, as i am sure other players did, but you keep asking for it but doing nothing. Communication is essential in this game, but effective communication not the current state of it.
